Hotel Review of Hotel Sinclairs - Ooty
Comments: Hotel Sinclairs is located quite away from the
city & other hotels. The service is pathetic & the staff
especially at the reception & travel desk are absolutely rude,
have no courtesy, are not able to manage things & will spoilt
your plan of site seeing if you depend on them for it. The rooms
are pathetic. There is hardly any difference between standard &
deluxe rooms....so point paying those extra bucks. Food is bad.
Overall not recommended to anyone...
Best Experience: The only good thing is gifted by nature.
It has a good view from their garden area.
Worst Experience: Whenever we asked them to arrange for
our site seeing ....they never had the vehicle on time & thus
half the day would be gone. They would then ensure to come back
on time ...so even if fully paid you will get to do only half of
the site seeing mentioned... which is the worst thing to happen.

Hotel Review of Hotel Sinclairs - Ooty
Comments: The rates which I have given to Room Quality
and Furnishing was not good the reason for that , because the
room which was allotted to me was very small and the type of
furnishing which was available in that room was also very
ordinary but the charges for that room which I paid for two days
was very high as per the standard other wise this is an ordinary
hotel.
Best Experience: Very nice location. Got beautiful view
of Ooty from the Lobby and beautiful garden. Service and food
was ok though not very good.
Worst Experience: Overall a ok hotel to stay in.
