Hotel Review of Sterling Resort Fernhill - Ooty
Comments: Overal it was good experience since Ooty is a
very good and calm place...the resort nothing great about
it...just ok
Best Experience: Natural beauty of Ooty overall I liked a
lot. Resort one and only good thing it the Gardens and flowers
have a good variety in the resort and I enjoyed it a lot
Worst Experience: Rooms need to be repaired, furniture
was damaged, wall skirting was cracked at several places... dont
even try the Chinese menu, they can't make it, take only Indian
dishes

Hotel Review of Sterling Resort Fernhill - Ooty
Comments: I am extremely sorry to say that, we had a VERY
bad service on our Honey
Moon Vacation.
Best Experience: Enjoyed the cool climate of Ooty.
Worst Experience: There were NO clear instructions from
the RESORT for all the facilities
that they have. We are really disappointed with the Resort
Management/Service and
finally ended up with our expedition very sadly.
