Itinerary:
Day 01: Arrive at Bangalore
Meet on arrival and transfer to Hotel, afternoon visit Lalbagh- 240 acres of beautifully sculpted gardens, flowers abound, rare collection of tropical and sub-tropical plants.
Afternoon proceed for Bangalore sightseeing covering Lalbagh,
Cubbonpark, Bull temple, Vidhana Soudha-built in 1954 in granite, this massive building houses the state Legislature and the Secretariat. Visit Bull temple, Dravidian-style temple, has a huge monolithic Bull is the vahana of Lord Shiva. Return to
hotel. Evening free and overnight.
Day 02: Bangalore / Mysore (3hrs / 140kms)
Breakfast; check out & proceed to Mysore, enroute visit
Srirangapatna, Island fortress of Tippu Sultan, the legendary Tiger of Mysore who put up a valiant fight against British domination. Visit Tippu's Summer Palace, Mosque, and Sriranganatha Temple. On arrival transfer to Hotel. Evening free.
Day 03: Mysore
Morning breakfast. Visit to Maharaja Palace-built in 1911-12 by Wodeyar Rulers, the palace is a splendid structure in the
Indo-Saracenic Style, among its many attractions are a magnificent gold throne displayed during the Dussara celebrations. It is an entirely modern structure continuing the Hindu and saracenic styles of Architecture. Visit to Mysore's famous market Afternoon free, Evening visit world famous Brindavan Garden. Overnight.
Day 04: Mysore / Ooty (160 kms / 04 Hrs)
Morning reach Jayachamaraja Wadiyar Golf Club to tee off and return to hotel at 10.00hrs for breakfast. Check out and proceed to Ooty, enroute visit Bandipur & Mudumalai Wildlife sanctuaries. On arrival check in to a hotel and evening visit Ooty Lake and Garden. Overnight.
Day 05: Ooty
Morning reach Wellington Gymkhana Club to tee off at 0630hrs and return to hotel at 10.00hrs for breakfast. Rest of the day free. Overnight.
Day 06: Ooty / Coimbatore (75 kms / 04 Hrs)
Morning breakfast, check out and proceed to Coimbatore airport or Railway station to board your flight or
train. TOUR ENDS.
