Uttaranchal Tour Itinerary:
Day 01: DELHI - NAINITAL
Arrival at Delhi. Proceed directly for Nainital by road. After freshening up at Nainital, we proceed for sight seeing, beginning with boating at the famous Naini lake and a visit to the holy Naina Devi temple. After that we go to the famous picnic spots like Naina peak, Snow view, Lands End etc. In the evening enjoy shopping at the Mall Road. Overnight at the hotel.
Day 02: NAINITAL
After breakfast we proceed for Hanumangarh, a famous religious center and a beautiful picnic spot. Later, we proceed for an exciting lake tour where we visit three beautiful lakes - - Bhimtal Naukuchiatal & Satta, situated at a distance of 5 to 8 kms from each other and known for their scenic beauty and lovely surroundings. Boating is permitted here. Overnight at hotel.
Day 03: NAINITAL - ALMORA
After breakfast we visit Khurpatal , a small yet beautiful lake, situated around 10 kms from Nainital. On our way back, we visit Killbury , a part of the reserve forest. In the afternoon we check-out from the hotel and proceed for Almora . Overnight at hotel in Almora
Day 04: ALMORA
After breakfast we proceed for sightseeing at the beautiful spots of Almora - Bright and Corner , Deer park and Katarmal which are across the river Koshi. In afternoon we proceed to Binsar (30 kms). In the evening take a close view of the town of Almora - walking down the Mall and shopping. .Over night at the hotel.
Day 05: ALMORA
After breakfast we drive to the spots of Almora from where we get a breath taking view of the Mighty Himalayas. We then proceed to Lakhudiyar and Jageshwar , both around 20 to 40 kms from Almora. These are important prehistoric sites. Here we can see ancient temples and beautiful valleys surrounded by the magnificent and the towering Deodar trees. Over night at hotel.
Day 06: ALMORA - RANIKHET
After breakfast we check-out from the hotel and proceed for Ranikhet . In the afternoon we proceed for the beautiful Narsingh ground, Golf ground and Kalika . In the evening, we walk down the Mall and go shopping. Overnight at hotel.
Day 07: RANIKHET - DELHI
After breakfast we proceed for Chaubatia from there we can have a picturesque view of the great Himalayas. Later we proceed to Bhaludam, a popular picnic spot with a small picturesque lake. After lunch we check-out from the hotel and proceed for Delhi by road.
